6 and half months pregnant and in pain?

hi im 6 and half months pregnant and abt 3 to 4 times a day a get a pain around my pelvic area thats crippling so bad that when it happened today i needed my boyfriend to help me to walk.... wen its happened before in the last couple weeks its been sore but not as sore as wat i experienced today.... this is my second pregnancy and on my first this neva happened...should this be something i should be worried abt...
