Do you think that the U.S. would use Nuclear weapons in this Situation? Yes or No? Why or Why Not?

No. Escalating conflict to the nuclear stage has the potential to easily become disastrous. Imagine that Russia fired those missiles. If the US retaliated with nuclear missiles, the Russians would fire theirs too. Leading to worldwide death and destruction. It would probably draw almost all of the nuclear powers into a nuclear war.
