I have lost 15 pounds in the last month and a half. I eat very healthy. Mostly raw fruits and veggie, cereals, and yogurt. Tonight I binged and had about 2 pieces of pizza (I had 4 very small, rectangular cut pieces that I think would add up to 2 normal sized pieces) that had pepperoni, cheese, mushroom, and peppers on them. I also had 4 boneless buffalo wings. And I also had a huge lunch as well. I had a 2nd bowl of Special K, (the first was for breakfast), half a chicken breast with salsa, and like 6 pretzel sticks with cheese. How bad of a binge day do you think I had, and how many pounds do you think I will gain back?
