I bought boneless chicken breasts last Saturday, 6/11, and put them in the freezer. I pulled them out Monday, 6/13, thinking I would marinate them and grill them Wednesday. Something came up and I had to leave town. So now they have been in the fridge since Monday but marinating since Wednesday. However the sell by date isn't for another three days, Tuesday 6/21. Are they still good to grill tonight, 6/19, for dinner or should I throw them out?
