For some people it might be a little heavy on the carbs and too low in fat for you to feel satisfied, but everyone is different, so if you feel good, and you are losing weight, then I'd say stick with it. It doesn't look like a crash diet, you are eating real, whole food. A yo-yo diet effect would be caused by eating unhealthy foods in very small quantities (like slim-fast shakes) and getting so hungry that you go crazy and go back to your old ways of eating. Your diet is more of a new way of eating and not necessarily a "diet" per say. Keep up the good work. :)
