Male needs help cooking! Advice? (Chicken)?
Experiment with different marinades and grill it as usual. I like no-fat or low-fat Italian, Ginger and citrus such as OJ, Honey and Dijon, etc. Once the chicken is done, I do all kinds of things with it such as put it on a salad, wrap it with salad ingredients and low-fat cheese and salsa in a soft tortilla for a taco, Make your own baked chips and then you can have low-fat chicken nachos, toss it with some steamed veggies like broccoli, zucchini, baby corn, sliced cabbage and add some terriyaki/soy/plum sauce etc whatever you like, take your grilled chicken and add canadian bacon and a slice of low-fat cheese, put the chicken on a toasted English Muffin and have a grilled sandwich, try topping a slice of English Muffin with the chicken, low-fat cheese and a poached egg (or cook it sunny side up if you can't poach it).
