My 3 yr old wanted ham, now how do I cook it?

I cook those little hams but I bought a huge one to feed my son for the next week cause he loves cold ham for snacks. How long would I cook it? can I use my slow cooker? what should I put in it, water, apple juice, brown sugar? its boneless.
