Panic attack with numb, drawn up hands?

You hyperventilated during your panic attack. Your extremities don't get adequate oxygen when that happens. They go back to normal when you start breathing correctly and they have enough oxygen again. Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth or take 5-10 breaths in a paper bag. But more importantly than treating hyperventilation or anxiety, treat what's causing the anxiety. You can't treat your family issues, but you can get some help dealing with your feelings. Talk with a pastor, doctor, counselor, etc...
