My friend ordered something from a store with cash but they ran out of the product so they wrote him a check for his money back. Long story short he's supposed to be giving me the money but he owes bank of america money and thinks they'll take the money if he cshes with them. So I told him to just deposit the check into my account that I have with capitol one. Would the fact that he owes BOA have any effect on him depositing the check into my account?
