Any suggestions for boneless butterfly pork chops?

I have a pound of boneless butterfly pork chops (frozen, but they don't take long to thaw). I am looking for an easy fast way to cook these for dinner tonight. And also simple tasting since my kids are not into a lot of spicy food or heavily seasoned food. Any suggestions would be great.
