I often cook chicken in the pan. I heat up oil bread my chicken and drop it in I cook it until it's brown on each side and it's very crispy and delicious. You just heat the oil and I drop in a bread crumb to test how hot it is. If it crisps up it's ready. I usually use chicken cutlets but I am sure you can use boneless wings and it will work just the same. It might be a little soggy in the oven. Maybe you should test out both options before making them at the party!
