I'm trying to lose my lil tummy I have and I find it hard to eat healthy bc a lot of foods that are healthy I do not like. Like boneless chicken I get tired of it afta a day and salads are not good to me. I love fruits but I'm limited bc I'm diabetic and can raise sugar spikes. any one fit and eat healthy and don't find what they eat boring but delicious and can give me a list what they eat?
