What change do I need to make to my "Tastes like Chicken" Chicken recipe?

mix up an egg w/a little milk. Dip the chicken in it then you cracker crumbs, back in the egg wash, back in the crumbs. Let the chicken rest on wax paper in the fridge for about an hour before cooking to give the crumbs time to solidify.
