Any good pork-chop recipes?

mine and my boyfriends 6 month anniversary is comeing up in 2 weeks. Im going to suprise him with a sweet dinner/movie night. We are both very picky eaters and hes shy and wont tell me what food he likes more then others so im going take it into my own hands and hope for the best.I remember from a few months ago my friends friend made these awesome pork-chops they were fried after being dipped in some kind of egg flower mixture. i was wondering if anyone knew any recipes like this for me to try since i cant find the person who made them for me befor. also if u know any kind of chicken (skinless boneless) recipes that might go along with the pork-chops. ( i was thinking of fixing both of them that way he could pick if he didnt like one) and what kind of sides would go with this meal? any ideas appericated thank u so much im 19 so im new to the whole cooking thing my family was never the "eat as a family" type there for i didnt learn many recipes id be proud to show off :)
