How much weight could i lose in 2 months with this diet/exercise plan?
As a personal trainer, I can tell you with that plan sounds like you will be dropping weight for a little bit. You'll lose up to 10 lbs in 3 weeks or so, thats water weight as well. Cardio is a good way to lose weight but weight lifting can help tone the body even better. Cardio will only burn fat while you do it, as for weight training you will burn hours of fat after the work out. Keep a low carb diet, high protein diet and it'll come off. Your diet will be the most important part of your training. If its crap and not strict it won't work. Look up bodybuilding.com. Gives great tips on how to do anything you want, lose weight, tone, gain muscle all that. Good luck!
