If you had the ability to decide upon a social contract before you were born, what would you mandate?

This is considering that if you were able to designate a social contract, (Natural Rights, Government and its peoples, etc.) before you were born, and if you had no knowledge of what body you would be born into (Be it white, black, blind, crippled, mentally handicapped), what basic rights and/or principles would you wish to designate?
