In xmen 3 why does it show professor xavier walking and bald when the xmen first class he got shot and had hai?

i watched xmen first class about 2 weeks ago and they explain how he becamed crippled but as im watching xmen the last stand it shows in the intro "20 years earlier" that he was bald and COULD WALK! im so confused!
