Protein bars are only good for muscle development in no way do they work for weight loss.If your looking to become lean with muscle take the bars but not really as a slimmer of weight.I know it hard to beleive but 6pounds in only 2 weeks is great weight loss at a healthy weight any more and it can be hazardrus.I would recommend sticking to your diet and if can increase your work out time and your on track to losing weight in the double digits.
