What's the best running schedule to lose weight quickly?

I need to drop weight for the Air Force, I'd like to do it in 2 months, it's 25 lbs...I have the eating healthy thing down, no soda,no sweets, minimal bread, a lot of boneless skinless chicken breast and fruit and vegetables, I'm doing push ups and sit ups daily, what is the best running schedule to lose weight or the best way to run to lose weight the fastest??
