Can I deposit illegal school funding property taxes with the court?

As long as schools contiue to receive the money from a school funding program on the backs of property owners that has been declared illegal by the state courts it will continue. Why not deposit that portion of your taxes with the courts to be released only when the tax system is brought into compliance with the courts rulings?
