Can you sue Tyson if you find bones in their boneless chicken?

I bought a bag of Tyson boneless swwet and sour chicken and I cooked it. i was biting into one piece and almost choked on a huge bone that took up almost the whole inside of a piece of chicken. i am just asking for fun since people sue random companys for thee dumbest reasons ha.
