A typical chicken breast cooks at 350 for about 1 hour. Spray a glass pan with cooking spray and let them cook! Sometimes pieces take more or less time depending on their thickness. To prevent cooking chicken too long (so its overdone) or too short (so its raw), check the temperature with an instant read thermometer. Insert into the thickest portion of the breast. A safe range is between 160-170 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer, cut into the breast with a fork and check for pink.
