Laying down after a meal makes the food not digest as well. You probably have indigestion. Every time that I eat to much, or if I eat anything really greasy, any and all food makes my stomach queasy. Taking Tums�, drinking ice water, GasX�, smelling/consuming peppermint, and drinking tea should help with the stomachache. Also, try to eat foods that are not very hard on the stomach for the next couple of days such as smoothies, cereal, yogurt, etc. Hope this helps!
