They didn't care! Should I sue them!?

I always buy this boneless, skinless chicken tenders. I cooked a veggie and chicken soup and fed my family and 11 mth old baby. My baby started gagging on something and thankfully I managed to take it out of her mouth with my finger and to my surprise there was a little piece of chicken bone. Later that day we found some more pieces in our food while we were having dinner. Took the bag back to the store, they sent it somewhere to be examined and turns out they did find some pieces of bone in my bag. They pulled some random samples from other bags and didn't find anything so they just left it like that. It is a very long story but I think this summarizes most of it. They didn't call to tell me they found anything, but today I saw the manager and asked about it and thats what he said... and at the first chance he got he disappeared on me. What should I do? I wasn't planning on suing but after the attitude they showed I'm not so sure now. Suggestions???
