Cream of chicken soup recipe..?

Im wanting to know how to make cream of chicken soup for baking purposes. My plan is to bake boneless chicken in a pan smothered in cream of chicken soup, not diced chicken. I am out of chicken broth, but i do have boullion cubes. I am needing a simple recipe for a picky eater (my husband). Thanks
