Help, I'm trying to cook this chicken breast?

If would be safer to just cook it from frozen, place in lightly oiled frying pan, turn heat to med and place lid on top, it'll take about twenty minutes at this temp to cook through, maybe longer, just make sure there is no pink inside and that it's cooked through
