It would be for my lunches, so I don't want it to be too heavy. I'm planning on making a batch tonight, so I pretty much want to use stuff I have at home. I have about 1.5-2lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, bag of frozen broccoli...I guess I'm looking for suggestions as to what to add to it and how to cook the chicken. When I say what to add to it, I don't mean rice, pastas, cheese, more veggies etc. I'm talking about what kind of seasonings would go good in it (I have a lot of spices). Any suggestions are welcome...thanks!!
